I cannot get into luci after the router did reboot i get this message

does anyone have any idea whats wrong please
rm /overlay/upper/etc/config/luci
reboot
Should sort it out (at least on a release build, with included luci, on a snapshot with runtime installed luci, reinstalling that would be needed), I don't expect you to have any crucial/ irrecoverable configuration in that file.
