Loss of bandwidth since 22.03 on EdgeRouter-4 Octeon processor

Hi,
Since the update to 22.03, Downstream bandwidth seems to slow down.
Speed tests are using only one core of the CPU at 100% time.
Bandwidth is less than 500Mb/s.
