Well, they're fixing that mistake AFAIK. They're working with OpenWrt now.

Pretty sure they'll put out pricing soon and I'd go for the dumb AP approach that jeff suggested. Not sure what you want to do in the end but it is very capable to act as a nas etc.

Any experience regarding real world performance comparison of the CPUs used in Omnia and in APU2 ?
I guess, APU2 could handle higher load.

As only real advantage of the Omnia I see the SFP, but this does not justify the noticable higher price tag alone.

also consider that an apu is basically a geek brand of mini-pc with small formfactor and open bios.
