I have bought a yuncore ap model XD6800
The router comes with OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05.1.
I need to install last version but I can not find a firmware on openwrt download page.
Please advice me.

Given that it is an IPQ4019 and that chip wasn't available to consumers until (late 2016), after OpenWrt Chaos Calmer was released, I am guessing that it is from the proprietary Qualcomm QSDK that uses portions of OpenWrt's open-source code. our being able to obtain the GPL sources from your vendor is a legal obligation of theirs, though practically can be a challenge, especially with low-end, no-name, or manufacturers without a significant EU/US presence.

It is likely possible to port that board to OpenWrt as it uses a supported chip and there is a DTS for the reference design it appears to be based on. Be aware that reference designs are just that -- it is common that wiring and pin assignments change between reference design and OEM/ODM manufacture, as well as flash partitioning. Many reference designs and their DTS do not specify flash partitioning at all, qcom-ipq4019-ap.dk04.1-c1.dts seemingly being one of those. I would back up all partitions multiple times in multiple places before trying to port the device over to OpenWrt.

Did you back up all of the flash, not just the settings?

If not, by flashing the wrong firmware on the device you may have permanently lost data required to make the wireless work properly.

If you want to port it to OpenWrt, first get a serial connection to the device. If find out from the OEM GPL drop that you’ve overwritten the ART partition and don’t have a backup, you’ll need to order another router as yours will never work properly without that data and it is specific to the individual router (box by box, not just model by model).

I'm guessing you flashed B1300 or similar firmware on your device, which hopefully will not have written anything below 0x580000. If the firmware you flashed started at 0x580000 or above, you should be able to recover using U-Boot. You will need the OEM firmware to do so. You may be OK with a flash that started at 0x180000, as 0:HLOS might be the kernel in the OEM firmware.

I spent 2 weeks playing with this model and finally had a success build. Here's the instruction for anyone need it. Hope it can help.

Prerequisite: You need to setup a tftp server on your PC first.

Boot to uboot using console.
The bootloader has to be updated before OpenWrt is installed to fix a reboot problem.
