It has been another two years and I am wondering if you have made any progress in your LMS on OpenWrt endeavor? Just in case you are still interested, I want to let you know that I had posted my recent experience of setting up LMS docker container in OpenWrt as an easier solution than "Debian chroot" (from my perspective). So far, the setup seems to be running smoothly even on an MR6350 which has only 256MB (and thus needs a swap partition).
