Litebeam 5ac gen 2 with Firmware 24.10.01

Hello. I have Litebeam 5ac gen 2, updated on 24.10.01, and three problems appeared at once:

  1. During the initial setup, in a standard situation, the wifi module is disabled, I turn it on and after that 192.168.1.1 does not work at all, it says bad gateway and ssh does not work
  2. After the first point, I have to reboot and it is again in a "reset" state
  3. The package updater does not work

I tried to downgrade via ssh and luci and used both sysupgrade and factory firmware, it does not work. And via tftp there is no way to downgrade
Please help

Please post output of ubus call system board when you are able to ssh

Do I understand correctly that when a new version of the firmware is released with a standard update, I will not be able to upgrade the firmware and get a normally working system?

per the link I shared, there is a bug that prevents writes to the flash memory, so you can't use save your configs nor can you use the OpenWrt sysupgrade to change versions of OpenWrt. You need to use TFTP to reinstall the Ubiquiti stock firmware. From there, follow the OpenWrt install process for your device, using 23.05.5. For now, don't upgrade to 24.10.

That should resolve the issue you've got with respect to the inability to save your configs.

Is it possible to somehow switch the device to TFTP mode remotely? Physical access to the device is limited

You can make all mtd read-write caveat emptor rtfm

A Ubiquiti 24 volt power injector has a button behind a small hole on the bottom. Pressing this button works the same as pressing the reset button on the device.

I don't think there is any way to do it purely by software e.g. if you are not at the site at all.

Thanks for ansver but i don have current acces for the button becaufe of locatin of the device and that is why i need other decision for solve this problem , please if u know how to do it , just let me know

You will need physical access if not to the device itself at least to the other end of its Ethernet cable to activate the "reset button" hardware.
