Linksys ea8500 problem when starting

Hello,

I have a Linksys ea8500, and strangely when I turn it on, the light on top (Linksys) keeps blinking for 20 minutes before the Router becomes accessible...

Have you ever seen that?

Yes, this is the expected behavior :slight_smile:
Each router has a power LED blinking to indicate the boot process. Also notice the fast blinking during the first seconds.

Yep Yes Iā€™m used to flashing routers but usually it is blinking few sec to few minutes not half and hour,. And btw, the Router was already flashed

I would update without keeping settings using the stable 23.05 build.

I have one and it boots in under 2 minutes

Copy and paste your system log; after you paste it highlight the paste and use </> to format it into something manageable to read.

I misread your message : I understood blinking LED for 20 seconds, not 20 minutes ! So obviously something is wrong during the boot process.

Log the boot process as recommened by @LilRedDog .

PS : don't use "flash" to talk about the top LED, this is misleading. Use blink instead. Keep flash for the memory copying process (i.e installation or update).
