Linksys ea6350v3: ipqess-edma c080000.ethernet eth0: hardware queue 0 is in stuck?

I'm on OpenWrt 23.05.4 with no additional packages from stock. Flow offloading is disabled.

When I try to sync my Steam cloud save for Risk of Rain 2 on my desktop, the router fails to make any further connections from my desktop, while on my phone I can connect only to local devices (router's address i.e. 192.168.1.1, but I haven't tried connecting to other devices on my lan. My computer cannot connect to 192.168.1.1). On the router's status page, the status is as if the wan port was still connected and sending data, but no data is being sent.

In the system log I get these messages:

I have found a similar topic here but there was no solution.

Any ideas?

Might be due to having echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/ondemand/io_is_busy in my rc.local.
