Hi all, I have been trying to flash openWRT on to my Linksys ea7500 v2 router with the purpose of running a vpn on it that doesnt support the native firmware. I got half way through the process and was trying to get Luci installed etc. I had a configuration file that I was trying to copy from my vpn provider via winSCP but it was refusing access.
when i went back to login via ssh my password would not type. I could type the ssh command but once it asked for my password, nothing. I have tried the safe mode/factory reset procedures that I found online but still cannot get past the password request. Any ideas or help would be appreciated
It's typically hidden for security reasons, so enter the password "blindly" and hit Enter.

Unfortunately this didnt seem to work. Permission denied
