Which version of 19.07 ?
Have you changed the Country code from default in Wifi settings?
Which wifi band are you using? 2.4 or 5
Is the other wifi band affected?
Are all wifi devices affected or just one device?
Is 0.2 mbps for both download and upload speeds in tests ?
fwiw, I've witnessed 0.2 mbps downlink and 54 mbps uplink with one legacy 802.11g wifi device (2.4 GHz) last year as reported by LuCI.

OpenWrt 19.07.4 r11208-ce6496d796
yes it's "FR"
I use 2.4 but twice are enable
yes
all devices (android phones and laptop)
I launch speed test again and it's
0.04 mbps for download and 5.13 mbps for upload like each test
(with ethernet 49.4mbps / 5.19mbps)
(and connect direct on SFRbox wifi 52.3 mbps / 5.16mbps)
linksys is connect to box with ethernet

I have one EA6350 v3 as openvpn client on 19.07.4.
WPA-PSK2 with CCMP(AES)
default country code.
I tested a laptop with Atheros AR5B22 802.11n wifi card. I measured 25 mbps download speed through VPN over 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi.
I also changed the country code to FR for 2.4 GHz. I still see 25 mbps.
What are the link speeds reported in LuCI > Status > Overview > Associated Stations for connected wifi devices? This is where I have seen 0.2 mbps instead of 54 mbps downlink speed with an old 802.11g device placed next to the router last year.
I do not know the SFR box. What is its LAN IP ?
If EA6350 is operating as a 'router' and WAN port from EA6350 is wired to LAN port of SFR box, what is LAN IP of EA6350 ?

65.0 Mbit/s, 20 MHz, MCS 7
26.0 Mbit/s, 20 MHz, MCS 3
65.0 Mbit/s, 20 MHz, MCS 7
6.5 Mbit/s, 20 MHz, MCS 0
1.0 Mbit/s, 20 MHz
26.0 Mbit/s, 20 MHz, MCS 3
it's not stable..
I used this speed test for compare : https://archive.parrotsec.org/speedtest
SFR is an Internet Service Provider and SFRbox is the modem
Box is 192.168.0.1
EA6350 is connect to box on 191.168.0.11 and it's 191.168.1.1 for the LAN

I use speedtest.net
Only other thought is I deleted WAN6 interface on my EA6350. I only use IPv4.
Update: I disabled the openvpn client and ran speed test via 2.4 GHz. It returned 45mbps down which is what I'd expect from my ISP.
