I expect that these are 3 separate tool sets, but I think it would be helpful to have links on all 3 pages that take a user directly to the other areas. I would prefer that a new tab is opened as opposed to taking over the current page for these particular links, but that's trivial.
I know that in OpenWrt I very often go from the forum to the WIKI TOH.
Less important is look and feel. Again, I expect the tools dictate some of this, but the Penguin in a box is different sizes on all pages and fonts are similar but different different sizes and colors.
