Limite de navegacion por ISP

Hola, Saludos a todos..
Soy nuevo y necesito de su ayuda, tengo un minirouter GL-Ar300M y utilizando la interfas de luci pude compartir la data que mi operador no permite, utilizando la regla: iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL --ttl-set 65
Pero al llegar a cierta cantidad de gigas mi operador me restringe la velocidad, y navego lento..
Existe alguna regla o alguna configuracion que pueda realizar para evitar que mi operador me limite la velocidad

No, your ISP monitors and limits you traffic for within their premises.

This is usually a really simple problem to solve. Give them more money and the speed will drop down on you like never before.
