Limit guest network bandwidth

I installed sqm and want to limit guest network to 30mbps

Which config will use the least cpu cycles?

I'm using cake + piece of cake now

probably simplest-tbf, but why don't you just try it? You can use top -d 1 on the router, the best proxy for load id to take 100 - the percentage shown in as idle.
But in the end most traffic shapers are similarly costly, so sticking to cake + piece of cake will probably okay...
