If you have ubootmod installed, it's easier to use that for writing ART. No functional difference, just more convenient.
@slh @mk24 I did it and it works! I took last 64KiB from the backup and flash it using U-Boot's interface. It workd like a charm and the speed is back on track on 5GHz. I'll upload this file to CodeFetcher's Git so others can try to salvage their routers.

It won't help anyone. As mentioned, this calibration data is specific to each an every device, what works for you won't work for (almost) anyone else (except by chance). Wifi is picky, in order to offset (inevitable) production variances of the components used on your device, target- and actual settings are measured at various frequencies and temperatures during production, to create a set of calibration that can fix the component variances in software. As you have noticed yourself, that helps you for your device, it won't help anyone else for theirs.
