Libopenssl 1.1_1.1 architecture mismatch

I am installing all packages manually. Trying to install :

[libopenssl1.1_1.1.1n-1_mips_24kc.ipk]
(https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/21.02.3/packages/mips_24kc/base/libopenssl1.1_1.1.1n-1_mips_24kc.ipk)

Onto:

OPENWRT_RELEASE="OpenWrt 21.02.3 r16554-1d4dea6d4f"

I get an architecture mismatch error. Upon experimentation, I find that I can successfully install the corresponding package from :

https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/22.03.0-rc1/

libopenssl1.1_1.1.1o-1_mipsel_24kc.ipk

-- However with that version installed, I get symbol errors in libcrypto.so.1.1.

Hmm I maybe answered my own question. I am going to re-flash the release candidate based on finding the following:

Yes with the actual 22.03 Release candidate all the packages I need were available and installable.
