I think this may be a known issue but will report it anyway. Often, when I do a software reboot, Power off/on, or press the Restart button, the green light on the front panel just stays on steadily and doesn't move to the "flashy-flashy" phase.
I initally thought this was related to the LAN cable from the Netgear GS116 being plugged into the hub, but I just accidently typed reboot into a router SSH session and it rebooted normally this time?
