Has anyone installed cthulhu-timingila-rlyeh feed? I have no idea how to make it work.

Not surprised at all.
SoftAtHome feed of OpenWrt packages for lcm components.
So if you have trouble with it, ask SoftAtHome.
Still nothing to do with OpenWrt, it's a fork of OpenWrt as over 7k others.
Does it work with your version of OpenWrt? I don't know.
I never heard of this cthulhu-timingila-rlyeh feed.
