Why LAN ports have only 100baseT? How i can turnon 1000baseT?
I'm already looking for a day how to switch them. Information that would help me solve this problem I did not find.
I have this router, there is no need to switch anything to get it to run at gigabit speeds. Admittedly, I do not have Chaos calmer running on it, nor would I advise that at this point.
When I do have ports running at below gigabit speeds it's either because the connected device is only capable of 100Mbps, or there is damaged cabling, loose connections etc. elsewhere. If you have checked that the other devices support gigabit ethernet, and that the cables are capable of gigabit speeds, then check again, and swap out cables with known to be good cables. If you are still having problems with not getting gigabit speed, then maybe updating the firmware would fix it.
Lastly, you may be able to use mii-tool, or ethtool to force certain link speeds if you can install the related packages, but this should never be necessary.
