LAN link down/up in NanoPi R2C

After 30 minutes of power-on LAN link losses connectivity for couple of seconds:

Tue Oct 24 05:24:22 2023 daemon.notice netifd: Interface 'lan' has link connectivity

I have seen it only once after power-on, yesterday, and today.

I remember, that in 'custom' FriendlyElec firmware loss occured periodically, but now for 'native' OpenWRT it takes place only once after 30 minutes of working, as I have observed.
