It doesn't really matter at this point. For whatever reason you are being weirdly secretive about the manufacturer and the model, but you also seem to question any answers you get. At the same time your approach shows the limits of your knowledge, and you refuse to acknowledge that when it's pointed out with the best of intentions.
So, for the sake of clarity: get a hold of that SDK and use it to build/include the packages that you'd like. But don't pretend it's OpenWrt. It's not. So we cannot help you with that, talk to your vendor. Good luck, enjoy the ride.
Well, I never claimed I am an expert, I am new to the development. the router is with No label on it, was given to me by a friend to install some packages. I did not intend to make it as you described, but anyway thank you for your input. it helped at certain point.
The problem is solved now. I installed the packages and drivers manually from the link @ aarch64_cortex-a53 generic target.
