Hi All,

I Want to Deploy L2TP Server With multi Client Environment But,
Required to Set Remote Address for L2TP Client As Well As Local Address

Just don't and pick a real VPN implementation instead, which actually meets basic security requirements. wireguard, openvpn or strongswan (IPsec) come to mind.
