The last couple of times I tested the non ct firmware I had lots of issues with it. Hangs, wifi speed reduction drops. CT however works absolutely fine in my setup I usually have around 10 wifi devices connected at the same time and about 20 different devices in total that connect during the day.
And it is heavily used right now since we are all working from home.

Can you share with me which build you are using (download location/build-/version number)?

Of course you will always find a few people that have issues, but if ct would have some many issues the forum would be full of reports and I only see a handful success stories with non ct. Most likely this is due to interoperability issues with a certain client chipset driver.

I have around 12 WiFi devices connected mostly the same time and we're also working from home. I have a mix of macOS 10.15.7, Windows 10, iOS 14.4.x, Android 8, Chromecast 2, and some Shelly devices connected to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz (whichever is automatically selected by the client).

From what I see on unsuccessful reports on -ct there's mostly an Apple device involved. Or a range of Apple devices. If you're not seeing issues with the -ct driver/firmware, can I ask if you have Apple devices on your WiFi network?
