Kompatibilitas OpenWRT HSairPro CP200 (MediaTek MT7628)

Hello, I have a device HSairPro CP200 that uses the MediaTek MT7628 chipset and I am trying to install OpenWRT. I am having trouble finding compatible firmware for this device. Is there a way to configure or obtain the correct firmware for this device? If it is not listed in the OpenWRT Table of Hardware, are there any manual steps I can try?

Thank you in advance!

using the search function would have given you Fix ttl on LEDE Hsairpo CP200

Thank you for the suggestion. I will use the search function to look for solutions related to Fix TTL on LEDE HSairPro CP200. If you have any links or additional information, I would greatly appreciate it

we don't know anything about the device, and as you've already noticed (and been told), it's not supported here.

Thank you for the information. I understand that my device may not be officially supported by OpenWrt. I will look for more information about compatible firmware or other possible solutions. If you have additional suggestions or references, I would greatly appreciate them

As you duly noticed your device is based on supported SoC, if you are up for the task you can try porting official OpenWRT to it.

Before opening case and any soldering try to gather as much info as possible:

  • mtd layout, likely in boot log (16MB at least)
  • memory size (64MB will barely work, 128MB or more needed)
  • where are you downloading manufacturers firmware updates
  • any technical looking advert or shop page

Thank you for the guidance. I will review the provided link and collect the necessary information about my device, such as the mtd layout, memory size, and manufacturer’s firmware details. I will proceed carefully and ensure I have all the technical details before attempting any modifications. Your advice is very helpful, and I appreciate it

don't bother, the old thread says it's an 8mb flash + 64mb RAM device, support will never happen.

this is also stated in the old thread.

Thank you for your advice and feedback
