It's still in the packages repo, but looks like there's no maintainer and it hasn't been updated since 2016, so not surprising that it's not in recent builds or on newer platforms.
Here's the last substantive update to it:
aircrack-ng ?

Yes. Clearly a duplicate.
@RSHARM - Please stop posting duplicate threads for the same general topic/issue (and likewise you have other threads where you have tried to deal with more than one issue in a thread). Keep it to one topic = one thread.
How to use another openwrt router as extra monitor wifi radio ?
How to use airmon-ng for recording ?

Can't find answer for the 1st question
How to use another openwrt router as extra monitor wifi radio ?
(One of many web search results providing similar information.)
WiFi and Bluetooth are different incompatible technologies.
Does your device have a built-in GPS or something?
A web search will provide information.
How does it help me with ?
How to use another openwrt router as extra monitor wifi radio ?
How to connect the extra router to the main router and use it with tcpdump ? How does tcpdump see the radio on the other router connected via ethernet ?

Does your device have a built-in GPS or something?
Can I use external GPS receiver USB or phone for it ?
Because you asked how to "monitor WiFi radio".
With an Ethernet cable and IP (or via WiFi) - just like any other device with Ethernet. Not sure why you believe this would differ because of your use case. Also not sure why you asked that (is there something you've failed to describe)?
If your device has USB and the adapter is compatible, sure.
Same as Bluetooth adapter.
To get GPS coordinates?
Maybe it would be wise to explain your actual use case.
How does tcpdump see the radio on the other router connected via ethernet ?
You run tcpdump on the other router.
What packages, scripts to use to record/connect Bluetooth and GPS from external receivers, GPS from Phone. Use case Wardriving

Whoa!
- You know Apple, Mozilla and Google keep WiFi location databases, correct?
- There's apps for phones that do this
- Your use case implies you want GPS data to be synchronized with the WiFi data, correct?
- Your use case implies you want to monitor Bluetooth instead of use it, correct?
I assume you wrote a program for this, correct?

Maybe it would be wise to explain your actual use case.
Also, if you could describe using more than 1 word, it would be helpful.
You want to literally drive around with an OpenWrt router and do what exactly?
What's the goal?
