I wanted to Install openwrt on seagate goflex home but I do see samba package here.
https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/18.06.4/targets/kirkwood/generic/packages/
Does kirkwood support samba? My reason for using goflex home is sharing files Due to small footprint openwrt fits the bill if it works.
What am I missing?

You just need to look under architecture/base , for kirkwood it's arm_xscale, rather than generic packages. Fur luci-app-samba
it would be architecture/luci.

Thanks @mike . For somebody else landing here....
https://openwrt.org/docs/techref/instructionset/arm_xscale has list of all the hardware supported by this instruction set.
