Keep rpcd acl.d rules during upgrade?

I use ubus integration for home assistant (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/ubus/).

After each upgrade, I had to re-create /usr/share/rpcd/acl.d/hass.json manually.

Is there any way to not having to do it?

Add the file reference to /etc/sysupgrade.conf
