I just fixed up this messy, you can follow OpenWrt support for Xiaomi AX3000T - #1311 by KhetagAb

So, the fix for the softbricked RD23 with the "System halt!" boot message is this?

insmod mtd-rw i_want_a_brick=1
mtd write preloader.bin BL2

Or something additional?
