Issues with D-Link DIR-867

Hi i have installed the files and uploaded them into my DIR 867. I cant log into the router now.. I have followed the necessary steps. Running MAC OS.

This site can’t be reached

192.168.1.1 refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Any help please

Have you installed a snapshot image? In that case, read the link for instructions how to install Luci, which is not installed by default in snapshots:

i beleive so
i did follow that with the SSH login, but i didnt do the LUCI install what do i do next

Your MacOS client is rejecting the key, that must be fixed on the client side by forgetting the old known host and then accepting the new key.
