I have downloaded firmware image in the command prompt.but,when i am going for upgrade using sysupgrade command it retuning back.
Your screenshot looks quite normal, as all network connections (also to your PC) are terminated when the services are stopped when actual sysupgrade starts.

As network connections are termintated, you can't see via SSH any possible error messages from later sysupgrade actions.
You need a serial connection from the PC to the router's (possibly existing serial header) on the router circuitboard to see the possible errors.
Otherwise, what is the actual symptom?
No connection to the router? (just reconnect...)

you might then try the sysupgrade command with "-T -v", so that it tests the process but does not actually flash) and is more verbose.
