Router : LinkSys WRT1900ACS v2
Firmware : 18.06.1 with default settings for most.
I have recently bought a Amazon cloud cam security camera. I have setup 2.4 and 5GHz wifi. I couldn't connect the camera to this ( 2.4 GHz,as camera supports only this ) 2.4GHz wifi. But the camera can connect to the same router with stock firmware. . All my other devices can connect to this wifi ( 2.4Ghz ) correctly. Issue is only with this cloudcam.
Note: I had the same issue with DD-WRT firmware. I switched over to OpenWRT assuming that OpenWRT will solve the issue. But so far same issue.
Thanks. I went through the long thread. Couldn't find a solution for my problem, probably I missed as the thread is long. Can anyone please help?. Will re-installing the drivers solve the problem?
Looks like this is still a problem.
I'm thinking keep my old wifi router for just the webcam, I didn't really want two Wi-Fi routers in my house, but maybe I can find an advantage...

This is an issue specifically with the mwlwifi drivers right? So, perhaps an $18 GL-inet AR-300M-lite would be in order here to provide a 2.4GHz access point that uses a different driver
