Do have a way of looking at SNR and Bitloading per frequency? Because if these commands really change something that should be visible in either of the two.

What exactly improved between the two?
As far as I can see you go from a
3070/25999 sync without the commands to a
3070/25599 sync after the commands
Sure the attainable rate and the SNR margin both cratered, but from a stability perspective that seems like a bad thing...
