You have to check flash layout after getting shell access.
It is a series of very similar devices differing in flash layout only.
System upgrade file for r4ac I used

No. It seems the wiki of r4ac is slighty wrong. All worked well for me until the mtd write command which bricked my router and I couldn't debrick it using tftp server.
After a long time testing I realized I had to burn the firmware (sys-upgrade file) for Mi router 4a 100mbps edition NOT Mi router 4a 100mbps INTERNATIONAL edition. It worked for me.
What about you? Did you flash the mentioned firmware in wiki and succeed?
