is there car unit with openwrt and data stick support? thx
OpenWrt supports many 4G/LTE USB devices, and yes, there are portable/travel routers that are supported by OpenWrt.
I don't believe that there are any "car units" -- but any travel router could easily be used in a car.
That @psherman said.
Define car unit.
the ones with touchscreen, just want to stream youtube etc in its android system (on the head unit) without extra cell phone, android auto/car play etc thx
There are no OpenWrt devices that have full graphics capabilities and touchscreens (at least not from the official project). What you're talking about is a car stereo 'head unit', and OpenWrt does not support those types of products.
OpenWrt is firmware mostly targeted at routers and routing applications.
Like @psherman said, OpenWRT isn't the answer.
You should have a look at XDA, perhaps starting here:

I've had a couple of MTCD units in my cars before, with PX3 and PX6 boards in them. As they can run full blown Android, as long as they have network connectivity you're good. Some have data functionality built in, some need a dongle or MiFi equivalent. There's a seriously big custom firmware world based around them, so have fun!
