I thought it was just my browser for a minute. I was able to download something just a few hours ago. Glad it's not just me.
F-S was down yesterday too, then it got fixed, now it's down again 
if you're not building a custom image, you should be able to grab what you need via https://downloads.openwrt.org/.
That's just opening a blank page for me.
Ok, that page seems to be working now but it wasn't a minute ago.
