if yes will there be patch soon? my distro already gave updated patch

Default build of OpenWrt uses µClibc as C standard library, so not impacted.

Thanks for the correction! I knew it wasn't glibc and I couldn't remember exactly which one was used and then I was mislead by https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/links.software.libraries which is obviously out-of-date as it states

Yeah, the latest actual edits for that page seem to be from year 2011...
