Is it possible to setup USB over IP on YK-L1 (mt7620a)?

Hi, I installed firmware linked in here: https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/youku/youku_yk1 Currently in Network/Interfaces, only LAN, WAN and WAN6 are listed.
The modem has a USB port, so I tried to install usbip as explained here https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/usb.iptunnel

opkg install kmod-usb-ohci

* Package kmod-usb-ohci (4.14.180-1) installed in root is up to date.

However, attempts to install http://downloads.openwrt.org/attitude_adjustment/12.09/ar71xx/generic/packages/usbip_1.1.1-2_ar71xx.ipk as well as https://archive.openwrt.org/barrier_breaker/14.07/ramips/mt7620a/packages/base/kmod-usbip_3.10.49-1_ramips_24kec.ipk result in the following:

* Packages for ... found, but incompatible with the architectures configured

Can anyone please clarify, is it possible to setup USB over IP on YK-L1 with OpenWrt?

P.S. I found a post (in Chinese) describing how to set it up with Pandorabox https://blog.ziiyc.com/post/usbip.html. Should I try that instead?
