Im not a hardware expert but these are my current hardware useage. Im kinda worried about cashed memory it slightly increases day by day🤔. Should i worry?
No you shouldn't.

As far as I understand this just means more has something set aside for consultation later. Suppose you jotted down with a pencil notes every time you went on a walk. Those notes would accumulate. If you ran out of paper, you'd scrub using a rubber and rewrite.
