Iptables -Z does not work in 24.10.1

is this fixed in 24.10.2?
can someone check confirm?
24 seems very buggy, after installing dhcpack does not work, ports get either disabled or switched from 1gbps to 100, the newer release the more bugs it seems. is this malware?
i do not know what to do. should i switch to 23 or something non openwrt?

What do you expect that option to do? (besides command is not LPTABLES but iptables)
