IPSec issues since 18.06.2

Hi everybody,

I am using 18.06.2 and since this version I have issues with my ipsec configuration.
The connection gets lost and the output of ipsce status is empty.... let me explain:

root@gateway:~# ipsec status
Security Associations (0 up, 0 connecting):
  none
root@gateway:~# /etc/init.d/ipsec restart
root@gateway:~# ipsec status
root@gateway:~# ipsec status
root@gateway:~# ipsec status
Security Associations (0 up, 1 connecting):
peer-DE-tunnel-0[1]: CONNECTING, 192.168.1.160[%any]...X.X.X.X[%any]

did someone noticed similar experiences with ipsec in this version and is this going to be fixed?
