Any idea, if I can set Fritz!Box 4040 the flag CONFIG_IP40XX_PORT_ISOLATION=y as default?

Why not add the symbol to KConfig as boolean so it can be selected via make kernel_menuconfig?

I see now that you tried, but you put it into the generic networking symbols.
You need to add that under ESSEDMA and make it depend on ESSEDMA.
