The "received unexpected tx_fetch_ind event: in push mode" messages have been around for a while.... and gets also triggered by 9984 and older firmwares. (i.e:
https://svn.dd-wrt.com//ticket/5666 ). so this might be very well be a bug that has been present for a while... and knowing QCA it will be for the foreseeable future
