I have been relying on IP fragmentation reassembly occurring on an OpenWrt router, as documented here. However since 19.07.7 (including 21.02-rc1) this has stopped working - the fragments are forwarded as is. 19.07.6 and earlier is fine.
Any ideas what could be going on here?
