Internet access to openwrt configured router

I have installed openwrt in mikrotik router. Is it possible to connect my router directly to isp to get internet access.

Yes. By default, openwrt is configured for routing with NAT masquerading on the wan.

…as long as you have a corresponding 'modem' (VDSL, cable, fibre ONT, LTE, …) in front of the Mikrotik router. Basically any large scale ISP require some kind of modem device, in ISP provided devices these are often integrated all-in-one devices - most devices supporting OpenWrt do not (with some exceptions for lantiq based VDSL modems, cable- or passive fibre modems don't have FOSS support).
