Hi, I am trying to install openwrt on Wavlink WL-WN573HX1 B1 (AX1800 HD6). It has default IP address 192.168.30.1 ... I tried all the approaches I have found on the forum, but it did not work. The standard firmware update rejects the file, holding the button, while starting up does not reach the u-boot site, it also does not pull the firmware from tftp server. Does anyone know to flash this new version?
Are you sure B1 is identical to the previous revision of the device?
It has the same chipset based on the description, but othervise I do not know

Are the stock fw images identical?
Nope, the one for B1 is marginally bigger than the A one
Then there's a chance/risk the Openwrt image won't work.
Do you know how to get the device into u-boot? so I can try?

There's however still the issue with the stock images not being identical.
What a pitty, I bought this device as I thought it is supported by openwrt, but I received this B1 version, which has useless firmware, where you cannot configure anything
