You can (practically) always flash the RUT955 from within bootloaders GUI. In case, you think it is bricked, then unplug all cables, connect an Ethernet cable from your computer to one of the router's LAN ports, then press and hold the reset button while you plug in the power cable. Keep holding the button for about 4 seconds until all LAN LEDs blink, then release it. Your computer needs a static IP in the 192.168.1.x range (i.e. 192.168 .1 point 2)) to access the router's bootloader WebUI at http://192.168.1.1 From there, flash the openwrt-factory image. You might need a few tries, in worst case, to get the bootloaders GUI. This bootloader is NOT “standard” openwrt loader, but a better one ![]()

Somehow I don’t think Teltonika are going to be all that helpful in getting their firmware replaced.
