can you please advise how to install latest package netbird 0.29.x?

There's a github page related to this package however it refers not to latest release 0.29.4.

You need to make a pull request or at least explain which patch solves problems you encounter.

Upstream just disables old compiler versions at random with no explanation eg:

Probably start rolling back that.

FIrst try: Build your image from src, and manually update netbirds Makefile. You also have the option to crosscompile netbird for your SoC on any LINUX, which is quite easy when using GO.
