Installation Huawei E3372h 4G LTE USB Dongle

I wanna install the Huawei E3372h in Openwrt, but it don´t work. In Modemmanager - Interfaces i can´t find the device, it looks, that i need the driver.
what should i do?

A good start is to uninstall modem manager.

After you've done it, post lsusb output.

Remove MM as suggested already.
Make sure the modem is running 21.x stick firmware.
Then follow https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wan/wwan/ethernetoverusb_ncm

Edit: assuming you have the good old E3372h, i.e. not the modern -320 and -325 models, which have nothing in common with the original except the well-known name.

it is the E3372h 320. Which updates become the dongle automatic in the night?

See Huawei E3372h-320 in NCM mode and Huawei E3372h-320 not working as LTE dongle on router

I have script for your model: https://github.com/mrhaav/openwrt/tree/master/atc/hua-e3372h_320
Feel free to test.
