Install img&boot but kernel panic

Hi everyone,
I'm a new using LEDE. After download tar.gz then make img successed, my board didn't boot.
only setting which is my target board, others setting didn't change

It shows the problem is MTK NAND. I disable NAND by kernel_menuconfig, but it still a brick.
