Install an Medion NAS fails with "Bad Magic Number"

Hello,

I have Medion NAS devices (MEDION Live P8xxxx - MD8xxxx) which I'd like to reuse with OpenWrt. I followed the instructions I fould here. Badly it fails when it comes to the point
where the image should be booted. It fails with the message "Bad Magic Number"

TFTP from server 192.168.50.2; our IP address is 192.168.50.1
Filename 'initramfs-uImage'.
Load address: 0x64000000
Loading: T #########
......
Done
Bytes transferred = 3276800 (320000 hex)
$ bootm 64000000
## Booting image at 64000000 ...
Bad Magic Number

Any help or idea what could be wrong would be very much appreciated.

Does nobody has an idea for this? I'd really hoped that anybody has a hint for me. Search and tried anything I found but without success.
It's sad as I have multiple of this devices and badly no other idea than throw them away.

So if anybody knows whats going wrong, please let me know

Best wishes

Found a solution. Fails still with vesion 19.07.7, but 19.07.5 or the current snapshot version do work

can you upgrade from .5 to .7, should work since it's done from the luci or ssh ?

Yes, I did having now the first one working great with up-to-date software

Thanks to OpenWrt Team

thank you,

I've made a remark of it in the Wiki.
