Here is a patch if someone wants it that can be applied on top of hostapd-2019-08-08-ca8c2bd2 to fix FT with wpa_psk_file on 19.07.10

openwrt-19.07.10-multi-psk-ft.patch

Hopefully someone finds it useful.
